1Account Registration & Use

• Each person is permitted to open one account only. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate. If incorrect information is identified during KYC verification, your account may be suspended.
• Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is not permitted.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the MobCash support team immediately.
• MobCash reserves the right to verify, suspend, or close any account at any time, with or without providing a reason in applicable circumstances.

2Identity Verification (KYC)

• For large withdrawals or transactions above a specified threshold, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• For address verification, a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months is accepted.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, making results entirely random and unpredictable.
• In the event of a technical error or connectivity issue during a game, MobCash reserves the right to void or restart the affected round.
• Any use of bots, automation software, or other unfair means will result in immediate account termination.

6Responsible Gaming

7Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time through MobCash support. Equally, MobCash reserves the right to close any account for specified reasons.

• Accounts will be closed immediately in cases of terms violations, fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned through the appropriate process; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
• An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts with no activity for 12 months or more.

8Dispute Resolution
